Buriti oil, sun care from the Amazon


This cold pressed oil comes from the fruit of buriti, a very common palm in the Amazon rainforest.

Rich in carotenoids, this orange-red oil dyes your skin nicely and offers a natural UV filter. Its Provitamin A content gives it protective and repairing properties that are appreciated by the skin and hair, especially after exposure to the sun.

  • Process of obtaining: first cold pressure, without solvent or chemical product.

use

Face : apply a few drops on the face and neck and massage gently.
Body : in massage on the zone or zones concerned.
Hair : Spread the oil well over the hair and gently massage for a few minutes and let rest for at least an hour or overnight with a towel on the pillow. Then make a mild shampoo. External use. Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes.
